A Male patient from Khoribari , North Bengal ,aged around 45 years was presented before him in emergency around 7 PM with his Left Wrist Joint totally amputated along with comminuted injuries of Radius & Ulna .1st, 4th& 5th Digit totally crushed distal to PIP Joint and extensor tendon injured at zone-4

Replantation was done successfully. Radius & Ulna fixed was fixed with K-Wire , Two veins & Two Arteries anastomosis was done followed by Median & Ulnar Nerve coaptation . All Flexor Tendon repaired. Skin closed & POP Slab applied.

Patient was discharged after 11th postop day with healthy hand.
